Welcome to my gluten-free journey! I'm Bryer and I'm thrilled to take you along on this incredible ride. It all started in 2019 when I received a life-changing diagnosis: celiac disease. But before that revelation, I spent years battling mysterious neurological symptoms, enduring the frustration of misdiagnoses like lupus, RA and many other auto immune guesses.  Then, like a beacon of hope, I discovered the true culprit: gluten. Removing gluten from my diet wasn't just a dietary change; it was a transformation. It brought clarity, relief, and a newfound sense of vitality to my life.  But this journey isn't just about me. It's about the incredible support and love I receive from my family,  with them by my side, our home in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California  has become a sanctuary of love and understanding, where we embrace each day with gratitude.  As a mom of six and a foster mom, family is everything to me. Their laughter, their hugs, and their unwavering support fuel my determination to live my best life despite the challenges of celiac disease.  And through it all, my faith has been my anchor. As a Christian, I believe in the power of resilience and the promise of a brighter tomorrow. My journey with celiac disease has deepened my trust in God's plan and strengthened my resolve to help others facing similar struggles.  So, welcome to my corner of the gluten-free world!
